Neuro-Epigenetic Breathing is an active, somatic meditation that uses breath and your life force energy to regulate the nervous system, align the body’s centers, and restore internal coherence.
It works directly with your body—your biology, your energy, and your awareness—to support real shifts at a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
At its core, NEB brings you out of the mind and back into the body, where safety, pleasure, and truth are not ideas, but lived experiences.
The Neuro-Epigenetic Breathing system or Respiración Neuroepigenética (RNE) in Spanish, was created by Dr. Sajeeva Hurtado, mentor and founder of the Llena de Vida School.
You don’t need any previous experience. You’ll be guided through the process in a way that feels accessible and supportive.
Not in the traditional sense.
This is an embodiment practice that uses breath as a gateway to move energy, expand awareness, and reconnect you to yourself.
Not necessary, but we highly recommend joining live though, to ask questions and feel into sisterhood.
The NEB meditation is available for you to practice at your own pace, and the live sessions are there to support your integration if you choose to join. All sessions are recorded and available inside the portal, so you can return to them at any time while you’re part of the membership.
This space complements what you already know. It’s not about adding more, this is space it’s about integrating and experiencing yourself in a different way.

Kena Siu is the guide behind the brand & podcast Midlife Butterfly.
