HEy, beauty, i know

You've done the therapy.
The mindset work.
The coaching.

And you still catch yourself people-pleasing. Over-functioning. Feeling stressed and/or anxious. Abandoning your own needs before you even notice you're doing it.

Let me clarify: there's nothing wrong with you.

You get the pattern and your mind already sees it clearly.

What's missing?

The gap between your head and your body.

Close that gap, and everything shifts.

Starting October 2026, I'm opening A

Home Breathing Session

every first Friday of the month at 12pm ET.

This is Neuroepigenetic Breathing*, created by Sajeeva Hurtado, a method that brings knowledge back into the body.

The concept here is your body.

Learn about it through your breath, so you finally get permission to feel — the love, joy, and pleasure that already exist within you.

It's time to remember who you truly are.

Come as you are. Breathe with us. Feel what it's like to matter again.

PARTICIPANT'S EXPERIENCE

The work you are doing for women is truly extraordinary. I have been attending various meditations and sound bowl sessions, but your session was the first time I felt capable of releasing energy, returning to my body, and honoring its power. Your work enables women to release pent-up energy and reclaim their strength. You have a gift, and I am honored to know you and experience this neuroepigenetic breathwork.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Neuroepigenetic Breathing?

Neuroepigenetic Breathing (NEB) or RNE — Respiración Neuroepigenética® in Spanish, is a method created by Sajeeva Hurtado that integrates breathwork, epigenetics, somatic work, bonding, and the body's three diaphragms.

Experiences of fear, stress, and trauma can leave imprints on the nervous system, the breath, posture, and the way we feel, receive, bond, and make choices.

Neuroepigenetic Breathing works with the body to create new experiences of safety, connection, love, and pleasure, opening up different responses to situations that previously triggered automatic reactions.

Because understanding the origin of a pattern can bring clarity.

Experiencing something new in the body opens up the possibility of transformation.

If fear changed your biology, pleasure and love can do the same.

Session Length

60 minutes, including a brief introduction and Q&A, an explanation of the meditation, and the practice itself.

How to Prepare

- Be in a room where you won't be disturbed and have space to move. Practices vary — you may be seated, standing, or lying down at different phases.

- Wear comfortable clothes. Have water, a blanket, a journal, and a pen nearby if you feel inspired to write.

- Camera on is required during the practice — these sessions are considered a form of therapy, so this is mandatory, not optional. This helps me hold the space and notice how your body is responding in real time. Sessions are not recorded.

- Before we begin, I'll walk you through an explanation of the meditation and the steps will be mentioned during the practice.

- Sign the Letter of Responsibility in advance.
